Saint Ann Catholic Church is a vibrant community rooted in faith and service, dedicated to supporting the spiritual, social, and educational needs of its parishioners. Central to the church's mission are the Finance and Parish Councils, which play integral roles in guiding the church's operations and ensuring its sustainability.

Jeri Oltman
Jeri Oltman has participated in various ministries during her 30+ years as a St. Ann parishioner. She was a religious education teacher and a facilitator in the RCIA program. Presently, she serves on the Finance Council.

Jack Blaisdell
Jack Blaisdell was born in Ipswich, Mass., in 1949. He and his wife Kathy have been married for over 50 years and have two children and two grandchildren. He has been a parishioner at St. Anne since 2006 and is a member of the Readers ministry and Finance Council. Jack’s main hobbies are fishing, photography, and travel.

Mandy Roberts
Mandy Roberts has been a parishioner at St. Ann’s since 2020. She and her husband, Derrick, have three daughters; Adelayde, Olivia, and Emmeline. Mandy is a Dental Hygienist who has a private therapy practice helping clients with facial muscle disorders. She homeschools their girls and is a member of the Finance Committee. Her family usually attends Saturday evening Mass, where her oldest daughter enjoys being an altar server. Mandy likes to spend time with her family and enjoys being in the apiary with her honeybees.

Michael Garguilo
A parishioner since 2017, Michael Garguilo is the Videography and Website contact for St. Ann Parish and All Souls Mission. Michael is a seasoned certified tech professional with more than 25 years of tech support for major corporations. He is also a former Grand Knight of Council 11180 and a long-time supporter of Special Olympics. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time on the Sound and pursuing hobbies.

Maria Guadalupe “Lupe” Melchor-Terrones
Lupe Melchor-Terrones has been an active parishioner at Saint Ann for 9 years. She is a small business owner. Lupe and her husband, José Guadalupe “Lupe,” have been married for 25 years and are parents to 4 children. In addition to serving on the Parish Council, she also serves on the Hispanic Committee. Lupe serves as a Eucharistic Minister and assists with music during the 12:30 pm Spanish-language Mass. Lupe also leads planning efforts for several liturgical celebrations, including the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Feast of Corpus Christi. She enjoys volunteering, spending time with family, walking, and running.

María González Arce
María González Arce has been an active member of the Saint Ann faith community for 14 years. She has two sons, Alexander Jaimes and Samuel González. María serves as a reader at the 12:30 pm Mass. She is involved in fundraising for the yearly Our Lady of Guadalupe celebration and serves as a liaison between the Hispanic and Anglo communities. In addition to serving on the Parish Council, María is also a member of the Hispanic Committee. She enjoys volunteer work and reading.

Pam Wagner
Pam, wife of Robert Wagner for 41 years with one son, Ted and two grandsons. Pam is retired in pharmaceutical computers and apartment management. She moved to Edenton in 2010, and became a parishioner at St. Ann in 2012. She has been president of the St. Ann Women's Club, on the hospitality ministry, bereavement committee, supports several other activities thru the year, and is on the Parish Pastoral Council. Pam serves as treasurer for The Shepard Pruden library, Garden of Eden, and President of the Historical site.

David Klingel
Dave worked for 34 years for IBM and retired as a Product Marketing exec 27 years ago. Since retirement, he worked as an I/T Consultant and a Real Estate broker. He has worked with four non-profits over the years focused primarily on finance. Dave has been a Finance Council member in 2 different churches covering 25 years. He has served as the Chairman for 22 years. He has been a Finance Council member here at St Ann’s for 4 years and chairman for 3.

Kathy Masters
Before leaving Pittsburgh and moving to Edenton full time in 2022, Kathy worked with high school students in a special education program. She was a volunteer at St. John Neumann Parish where she was active in Faith Formation, Small Group Faith Sharing, and as an extraordinary minister. Since arriving at St. Ann, Kathy has joined the Faith Formation Team and oversees the program for our children in grades 1-12. She is a member of the St. Ann Women’s Club, Parish Council, and an extraordinary minister. Kathy is a regular volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of the Albemarle and assists with their after-school tutoring initiative.

Silverio Domínguez Flores
Silverio Domínguez Flores joined All Souls Mission nearly twenty years ago. He and his wife of 21 years, Alejandra have two children. He is currently employed as an electrician. Silverio serves the All Souls faith community as a catechist, EXO, and lector. He is a member of the St. Ann Knights of Columbus. Silverio leads fundraising efforts for community liturgical celebrations, including All Souls Day and the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Silverio also volunteers to maintain the Church grounds and perform repairs at the Mission. In his spare time, Silverio enjoys walking and fishing.

Michelle Kirby
Michelle, wife of Bob Kirby for 45 years began attending St Ann in 2000. Previously from Prince of Peace Parish in Great Bridge, Va, she taught RCIA for children and adults and served as Reader and Extraordinary Minister. Since moving to St Ann, she continues to participate in children and adult Faith Formation activities, Reader, and Extraordinary Minister. She participates on the Parish Pastoral Council, the Liturgical Committee, and Sacristan teams. She and Bob are members of the Rocky Hock Ruritans and they volunteer with the Edenton Steamers.

Howard McGrath
Howard is a retired Navy Air Traffic Controller and small business owner. Before moving to Edenton full-time in 2021, he was an active volunteer at Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish in Solomons, Maryland. He volunteered in the Knights of Columbus, Extraordinary Minister, Parish Council Evangelical Committee Chair, Parish Council Secretary, and Parish Council Chairman. Since arriving at St Ann, he volunteers as Sacristan, Saint Vincent de Paul, Knights of Columbus, Extraordinary Minister, and Parish Council Secretary.

Nell Drees
Nellis a retired Registered Nurse after 40 years working in multiple states. Nell became a St. Ann parishioner in 2008 moving from Williamsburg, Va. Currently, she serves as Visual Enhancement Chair (2019), and an active member of St. Ann Women’s Club serving as Vice President (2024). She enjoys volunteer work, gardening, and fishing.
