Music Ministry

Music Ministry

Have ever asked yourself, what is Music Ministry, and how do I join? If so, you're one step closer to being part of a ministry that lifts up the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist through music in worshiping as the Body of Christ.  Music Ministry is about building relationships and witnessing, remembering and hoping, upholding and mentoring. It's about prayer, not performance; humility, not power; and the cultivation of joy that transcends even the darkest moments. Pope Francis reflected on the art of singing:

"Singing is a language that leads to the communion of hearts; crossing every boundary, you spread a message of peace and solidarity."   ~ Pope Francis

We invite you to prayerfully reflect on your role in St. Ann Music Ministry. We are always looking for voices of ALL ages and instrumentalists, too. If you feel called to this ministry, we practice at 5:45 p.m. Thursday evenings in the Parish Hall. All are welcome!

For more information, contact Julie Shreckengast, Music Minister, at (707) 775.9749 or shreckengastjulie@gmail.com.
