Father Jairo appointed as our next pastor

July 11, 2024

His Excellency Bishop Luis Rafael Zarama has appointed Father Jairo A. Maldonado-Pacheco as our next pastor effective June 27, 2023. He becomes the 22nd resident pastor of Saint Ann following a line that goes back to 1937, when bishop Eugene J. McGuinness appointed Father Edward L. Gross as the first resident pastor.

Let us continue to offer our prayers for Father Jairo as he continues to shepherd our parish community.

Stations of the cross: Stepping from Sin into Glory

This is the cause of rejoicing, that we don’t have to triumph over sin alone. If we did, I’d be hopeless… All we need to do is faithfully and persistently bring our poverty and weakness to the cross and unite it to Jesus, then let Him sustain us through this life with His grace. What a relief!
